Group Gifting
for Creators
We hold the money in a Group Wishlist Bank
and pay the merchant at 100%.

What is wishbi?
Wishbi is a group-wishlist for creators. Your fans chip in together to fund one clear goal—a product, trip, or experience.
Each goal is tied to a real item or a store-locked gift card from brands like Amazon, B&H Photo, Delta Air Lines, or Airbnb.
Here’s how it works. You create a goal page with our AI Goal Builder. Pick the exact item or card, set a target and deadline, add perks, and publish your link.
Every contribution goes into a Group Wishlist Bank (escrow). Fans watch the progress bar rise. When it hits 100%, we pay the merchant directly and share the receipt. If a goal falls short, contributors can refund, extend, or roll funds into your next goal.
Why creators use Wishbi: credible funding with no cash-out risk, transparent fees, and clear reporting.
Built-in updates, overlays, and analytics turn support into growth. We handle money and fulfillment; you keep creating.

4. Extend, swap, or refund smartly
If progress slows, extend your deadline, swap the item for an equivalent, or issue refunds according to your campaign settings.
5. Perks and updates motivate backers
Add rewarding perk tiers, schedule creator updates, and thank contributors; these touchpoints raise completion rates through the goal-gradient effect psychology.
6. Receipts, proof, and social sharing
After purchase, upload receipts and proof, celebrate the unlocked goal, and share content that converts contributors into new wishlist creators.
How is Wishbi different from tips or donations?
Wishbi is a goal-based gifting link for creators. Fans pool contributions toward a specific item or experience you choose.
Funds sit in a Group Wishlist Bank, locked until the progress bar reaches 100%. Then Wishbi pays the merchant directly using store-locked rails, and you confirm delivery.
Unlike tips, contributions aren’t open-ended or spendable cash. Unlike charity, this isn’t need-based fundraising.
It’s transparent, purchase-tied gifting with clear milestones, receipts, and updates that protect your supporters and keep fulfillment simple for you.
How does the 'Group Wishlist Bank' work?
Each contribution is held in a dedicated, goal-specific balance you can’t cash out.
When the progress bar reaches 100%, Wishbi triggers payment to the pre-approved merchant using store-locked rails.
If the goal never completes or is cancelled, we follow your chosen settings for extensions, swaps, or refunds to contributors.
What can I fund on the platform?
Physical products, experiences, digital gear, travel, classes, or creator tools available through our merchant network.
To protect contributors, payouts route through store-locked gift rails or direct invoices. Custom merchants are reviewable, share a link and pricing.
No cash equivalents, financial products, or prohibited items; we’ll flag edge cases before launch.
What creator data do I see, and who owns it?
You see goal analytics, contribution totals, and optional supporter names or messages, respecting privacy choices.
We don’t sell your audience data. You own your content and relationships.¹
Export reports anytime for bookkeeping or CRM. Contributors can opt in to future updates; you control messaging frequency and tone.
How do fans contribute and what’s the minimum?
Fans tap your Wishbi link, pick a contribution amount, and pay using major cards and popular wallets; region-specific methods roll out over time.
Minimums are low to encourage participation.²
Contributors see instant progress updates, optional shout-outs, and perk unlocks you define. No accounts required to contribute.
Will I owe taxes on Wishbi goals?
Wishbi purchases an item or experience on your behalf; no cash is paid to you.
Tax treatment varies by jurisdiction and situation. We provide contribution summaries and merchant receipts.³
Consult a qualified tax advisor for your circumstances, especially if you resell items or use them in a business.
What fees should I expect?
We charge a simple service fee on contributions to keep Wishbi running, plus standard payment processing costs.
The first goal may qualify for a fee-free promo.
We display fees transparently to you and contributors before checkout, and we never take a cut from the item or merchant.
What if the goal stalls or misses the deadline?
You choose the play: extend the deadline, swap to a comparable item, split into smaller goals, or cancel.
We communicate your update to contributors. If you cancel, we initiate refunds per policy to original payment methods where possible.
Our team can advise on the best recovery plan.
Can I run multiple goals or team up with others?
Yes. You can sequence goals, run parallel goals with clear priorities, or launch a shared team goal.
We help prevent cannibalization with smart linking and default sorting by momentum.
Co-hosts can grant limited admin access to manage updates, perks, and moderation without exposing payment settings.
How do perks work, and are they required?
Perks are optional thank-yous—early access, shout-outs, behind-the-scenes, or exclusive drops.
They unlock at contribution tiers or progress milestones. Keep them lightweight and deliverable.
Avoid anything resembling lotteries or raffles. Wishbi tracks eligibility and fulfillment checklists so you can thank supporters without turning gifting into an administrative burden.
How do you handle fraud, chargebacks, or misuse?
We use secure payments, merchant verification, and store-locked payouts to minimize misuse.
Suspicious activity triggers reviews and, if needed, holds. If chargebacks occur, we investigate and may adjust the goal status while resolving disputes.
Transparent updates maintain trust; we’ll guide you on messaging until the matter is closed.
How are returns, warranties, or damages handled?
Your purchase is with the merchant. Standard return, warranty, or damage policies apply.
You coordinate any exchanges or repairs; we can provide order documentation and contributor communications.
If a return results in a refund, funds must flow back to the Group Wishlist Bank for a documented, contributor-first resolution.
